I need an outboard

I have a 2014 Yamaha 25 hp short shaft outboard.

I have finally discovered that I need a long shaft.
Thought I might just throw this out there and see if anyone needed a short shaft that has a long now?

Worst case I could sell mine and buy a new one but I sure don't want to spend that kind of money right now.

I have a 1978 25 hp Johnson long shaft motor and I need a short shaft! I'll even throw in $100 boot :tu:
