I sucked today

Shot 5 5 shot groups at 200 at Dry Branch and it was ugly.
Was out of my regular 80 gr load and shot 68 gr bullets from the 12 twist 6 BRA and it tried to shoot it just wouldnt

25 shots averaged .710 at 200 yards

I didn't have but a couple days to get them tuned and never got the powder right. It would try and shoot at times but wouldn't repeat .
The BRA case is just right for the 80s with 8208 but seems to hold too much powder to work right with 68s. I'm thinking about going back to a 6PPC and shooting 68s just because it's easier right now to find powder for it

I think a lot of folks overlook case fill. Like you said, too much fill can be an issue.
