If you could have 1500 acres….

If I'm making a wish list, Id want to be retired and live on it so I don't have to worry about trespassers or earning money, only just going to town once a month. Outside of that I couldn't keep anyone off of it, so I wouldn't enjoy it.

If those were met, yeah man!!! then sign me up for Obion, Lake, Against real foot or Stewart county against LBL.

I like boats, water and fishing too during the spring and summer. So those should have big deer, maybe some water to play in during the hot months.

Our main farm here it's 600. 450 in Iowa probably not in one farm wouldn't mind 2 or 3 smaller farms. Then probably a full 450 in Kansas or northern Missouri. Or Mississippi in the delta or black river. Lots of possibilities with those three with turkeys deer and also ducks.

In Williamson County TN and immediately put it up for sale and after it sold acquire a large farm in middle tn and one in western Kentucky. Put the rest of the profit in the bank. Lol
A "little" Williamson Co property (only 385 acres) plus 10,000 sqft. house, out buildings, etc. , just sold for 42.5 million this week. It became the most expensive TN property to date.

For me personally, that's to much land to take care of, watch over and manage. I'd rather have a smaller acreage in the right location. A few hundred acres would be good enough and I don't have that but I consistently have great results with my small acreage.
