Is this the same buck and just on the decline?

The more I compare the more I second guess myself. I could believe that it is the same buck just as much as it being a different buck. If I had to choose I would say it is a different buck with very similar attributes due to the same mother or father maybe one year apart. Either way both are fine animals.

I would say 3 1/2 in ther first pic, 4 1/2 in the second.
 
That first one would scare me if I saw it in person while in the woods... that's a very fine rack on that deer
 
same deer noticed his white patches above eyes not normal to see them shaped like that...def same deer.
