Over the last few years I have day dreamed of shooting a recuve/long bow off the porch of a cabin in the woods. This year will be the year. My plans are to do some scouting in the next few weeks and hopefully I will have a trad bow with me the whole time. May just put a judo point on it and just roam around shooting stumps. :)

Life is good. Eddie, if you up my way give me a call.

COOL . That sure is a nice log cabin you have in the wood to. That front porch was just made for recurve bow hunters. A big fireplace in one end of the livingroom would make it a mity fine place to tell tales of the hunts and bows that each man has owned.
The first recurve I ever owned was a Ben Pearson Locksley Razorback . The first compound was also a Ben Pearson it was a Pro-Staff 6,000 an old 4 wheel bow . The old Ben Pearson Pro-Staff 6,000 I gave to an old hunting buddys son because he had no bow and it did not have much let off so the boy could shoot it instintively fairly easy.
More pictures of that nice cabin in the woods please.

It wont be long I will be up there turkey scouting. wwe got another recurve shooter on our lease and he may be coming with me.

you got to watch those rocks up there, they will ruin a shaft in a heartbeat.
