North Carolina may be red but it's fairly commie and full of woke cities and universities. I lived in Durham for two years and saw socialism first hand.
All large cities are run by democrats but that has nothing to do with who runs the state especially in the south where republicans have gerrymandered their way into control. Perhaps there is some sound scientific basis for the law. Even republicans believe in conservation or is that just the rhinos?
