Verbal easement. Good luck getting clear title on that without having the easement in writing first.

yes, I would recommend doing that with the other landowner and pay them for it.

I agree, but do it before the land is purchased!

Huntstand pulls up the property as 43.97 acres. The verbal easement could be on the line with Geo Bratcher and Linda Whittinghill. Definitely would encourage anyone considering it to get that detail in writing and noted in the deed of whoever the easement is actually on, good luck with that.
