Great game. They have been so close to winning some of these. They deserved one.
To make it better, my sister went with my dad. He has had season tickets for years, and has suffered through some tough seasons.

Huge win for them over the #5 team. First time beating UConn since 2007. Geno seems to have mellowed since the Pat days and he's had one helluva program there but he still makes me want to choke him out.
What a game! Definitely had me on the edge of my seat! Big win! Go Big

Kim Caldwell said her dad and Pat Summitt are "probably having a cold one celebrating" in heaven after Tennessee upset UConn.

Naturally, Caldwell was asked after the game what she thought Summitt would say if she were here. "I think she'd be thrilled with the effort and the rebounding," Caldwell said. "And I am sure she is up in heaven with my dad. They're probably having a cold one celebrating."

On this date in 2009 Pat became the first D1 basketball coach to win 1000 games. It's only fitting that Kim Caldwell won her first game against UConn tonight.

BIG WIN, Lady Vols went 2-0 this week. Vols men also went 2-0 this week. So great VOLS BB week.

Did you read the interview from ESPN this week? He said the rivalry just got stupid and became more of a side show than basketball. I loved it. The sideshow put WCBB on the map.
