LBL got a new manager. Came here from Oregon & seems to love it. She's experienced & has actually asked for hunter input. I think she wants to help but she still has to wade thru a tone of federal red tape. And, to make matters worse, Heartwood sues them over some goofy BS, with each suit taking a couple years to resolve.
