Lane Train Gets The Ban Hammer

From what I understand Lane isn't against NIL. He said his for players getting paid and it's like NFL free agency now, but I've not seen nothing that says his against it.

He posted the pic of A&M seasons and asked how they got the #1 recruiting class after those records without NIL playing a big role.

from what I understand No one is saying NIL didn't play a big role in that A&M class everyone knows it did right no shocker? Jimbo was just saying we didn't do it illegally you could have done the same thing. stop crying and Calling out programs.

What does people think these schools with big time money should do? Like A&M?

Say Poor Lane over at Ole Miss can only spend x amount on NIL deals. so we are gonna be good conference rivals and only spend what they can spend to make it fair. Cause we we all know it's always been 100% fair in the SEC before this NIL.

If lane was at A&M he would have dropped 30 million on a class in a heartbeat, and got on Twitter and beat his chest about it. He wouldn't have been talking about how some programs have more money to spend then others

Wait, I just read the article.

Lane was actually gonna side with Saban and Sankey squashed that?

And you applaud that? :D

PDB's odd post(s) aside, everyone should understand what happened the last time Nick Saban was pissed off about the then current trend in college football. I don't think Alabama can scale to the degree that the oil barons can, but I also question that what aTm and other schools are doing with their collectives (and once again, that's not NIL) can be sustainable.

Everyone better get ready. Nick Saban has accepted the challenge. If this is the hill you want to die on, Saban and Alabama will charge up it (once their internal politics and rivalries are addressed).

Lane Kiffin is correct. Ultimately, this ends at the top of the P5 with those football players as employees, playing under a CBA, and salary cap.

Some will probably disagree with this statement. But I feel certain that the college coaches that are speaking out so heavily on this are not only doing what is best for their programs but they are also doing it for the overall benefit for the entire CFB program., NIL seems to have not been thought out long term and probably needs to have some sort of regulations, limits and caps on it. At the very minimum If they are getting NIL money they should NOT be getting Scholarship money. Let that Scholarship money go to the bench warmers and other kids that won't be getting the NIL money.

Like this style LOL

Didn't you use to say you didn't like Lane? I'm sure I already know your answer.
I've actually been pretty supportive over him over the years . If you review my history on here I have said I thought he has matured over the years and thought he learned a lot about how to handle himself with the media. I don't think he has been caught up in any shenanigans or dived into any of his old habits that caught him his nickname.
