Looks like somebody tagged a Buck in Wayne county Monday, wonder if this a normal for folks to keep hunting and checking them in?

I've noticed bucks checked in at closed WMAs in the past, even this year. I've always wondered how that conversation goes.

There was 18 shot the week before juvy started. love to know what happens in cases like this.
