Leasing Kentucky Land Question

Hey guys, i am thinking about leasing a small piece of property in Metcalfe County, KY and i wanted to know if anybody knew the going rate on leasing per acre? I am looking at a 60 acre tract at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated on land in this area.

We pAy about $25 per acre

and there you see the range depending on where you are, who you know and the quality/size of the land.

It is leased 20 an acre all around the family farms I hunt in Northern Todd/Logan county.

Generally 15 to 25 an acre depending on who you get it from and where its located
