Life after footballā€¦

Pickleball was on ESPN yesterday afternoon. It was a great match. Of course, you have to be athletic enough to appreciate it šŸ˜!
Pickleball seems to be the trendy ol folks sport right now. They ran us off the gym floor at the rec center the other night because pickleball practice was scheduled. Looked like bingo night at the senior citizen center.

there is plenty of to keep me busy during the days. But at night i watch football after the work is done.
I'm the same way about sports in general. I DVR most games and watch at night, unless the weather sucks and I can't fish or play golf. When possible, I'd rather be the one having fun opposed to watching someone else have fun.

Love college football nfl only interest me in playoffs (don't have a team) but i love baseball college and i like pros and march madness is always great. Really to me the lull is after the college world series mlb I like but it only barely gets me back to football. Anyways go vols and braves.

It seems so odds for college football fans to watch college players grow and develop and then quit watching them as they finally reach their leak performance level and have the opportunity to play against the best of the best

The NFL has the best of the best and the skill and speed is not even close, but it still doesn't compare to college football. The tradition, the pageantry, the rivalries, the way everybody has a home team they can feel connected to, etc. Go watch the Vol Walk or another tradition on a college campus. All others will pale in comparison, but you get the idea. I enjoy watching VFLs play on Sundays, but I don't tune in specifically for that or even know who they play for most of the time.

Their are some pretty good rivalries in the nfl as well

Washington- Dallas
Chiefs - raiders

It must be a southern thing. I watch both and enjoy both but the talent , parity and skill level of the nfl makes it my favorite of the 2, but im glad there is football on Saturdays for sure.

As a bills fan- bills mafia takes team loyalty to another level

Go BIlls

UT Vols basketball & baseball are both crazy fun to watch.

I do like the bills I have players I like in the NFL. I follow college players to. Just isn't college football. Nfl rivalries are just nothing compared to college the top 10 or 12 college rivalries are much better then the best nfl one. Atleast to me.

It is a southern thing to like college better then nfl. I've never been a titans fan and never be. Their games in person is also a snooze fest compared to neyland.
