My treestand today. I'll be sitting all day with a break for lunch.
Hope I see something cool!

Was in stand all morning till 11 and didn't see anything. It was very foggy also and this really limited my visibility in the stand.
Only saw a doe yesterday. Kinda bummed because the spot I'm at has a ton of sign, rubs everywhere, clear deer trails with fresh scat and tracks.
Are they in lock-down or are the bucks cruising?

That's a sweet looking spot man!

Watching a field edge and path tonight. Got some decent bucks on cam and some does. So we will see. Most of the better bucks are still only moving at night.

Thank you. Had 4 bucks within bow range. Ended up killing 2 does. It was a good day to be in the woods. The picture is misleading, I'm 6'1" and some of that stuff is neck deep.

Got set up in a new spot this morning.
Was about to climb the tree and realized I had left my jacket in the truck. Doh! Had to walk half a mile back to get it and got back in the stand around 6:30.
Wind is not optimal right now for this location, but said let's give it a go anyway. Well about 5 min ago, 10 does came marching through the woods straight for my stand. They were 10 yards from the stand when they finally got downwind of me and they all stopped immediately and started smelling and looking around. They knew I was somewhere and could smell me, but couldn't figure out where I was. Eventually they turned around and came back exactly where they came.

Hunting from the ground high on a mountain overlooking a big bedding bench. I've killed a couple nice bucks from this spot.

I spent about 30 minutes watching this really nice 8 point last night from my new Taj Mahal shooting house. He originally came with two does, but he then chased them away - or they ran off when he got too amourous.

Best pic I have of him - he's the one the right.
