Decided to save a PTO day and just come to work after the last two days of silence. For you guys that are out there, how are they doing this morning? Little more vocal I hope.

I been huntin them 25 years. Still toughest of my life.

I thought this cold spring and late green up would really benefit you and me. I really can't complain. I've had a hot bird on almost every hunt. But only one. Coyotes, property lines, and sending my boy to the hot bird twice has kept me from closing the deal. Hopefully tomorrow will turn out better. I'm at camp and headed to bed now.

I had same thoughts. I can't really say they aren't there because I can make them gobble once by calling like a total googan with a box call but that's it. I call them courtesy gobble. I'm over here. I'm not coming over there. You can come over here but I really don't care. Lol. They fly down and drum all day. Very very tough hunting in my lease right now.

Theres definitely a few there but not enough for me to drive down there. Seen some when I go for the early bow hunt

no this one was still a puppy and was off a different road. Followed me down the road and I stopped and left it at the nearest house.
