WTB Looking for Recreational/Hunting Land in Giles, Lincoln, or Lawrence County

I understand I may be looking for a needle in a haystack, but I'm looking to purchase a 20-50 acre recreational/hunting property in south central Tennessee area for me and my two sons to camp and hunt on. Preferably within 30 minutes of Ardmore, TN. It would be a plus to have a creek, pond, or spring on it. Please send me a PM if you or someone you know has something that fits the bill.

That's what I'm seeing as well. I'm hoping there is a for sale by owner opportunity out there. Nothing on the real estate apps is catching my eye.
