Looks like the Honeymoon is over for CBJ

Anybody who thought UT would win 6 or more games this year were dreaming . I predicted 5-7 b4 season started and I am not sure they will even do that. They will be lucky to beat that next year also. It will be 2016 b4 they start to make a move back to the upper level again. They have to come up with a QB some how or some where in order to get to where they want to be . Peterson is sure not it and Hobbs is still a unknown talent. I dont think people realize just how far this program has sunk. The Kiffin/Dooley tenures set them back a good 3 to 4 years.

Thanks TMS.... either I am getting to old to remember or they are so insignificant that I cant remember them. Probably a little of both !!!
 
I keep hearing and reading that Butch has won everywhere he's been. Well, isn't it also true he hasn't had to rebuild anywhere else but Knoxville? Two of his HC jobs were on the heals of Brian Kelly, who moved on to greener pastures. I doubt Butch has had to work with a nearly empty cupboard before.
 
What year is the drop dead year for the vols to "be back"? Next year will be year #3. The following year is #4, with a full roster of Butch players. Man, that sounds like a woman's basketball team.
 
He'll get 5 years. Cincy lost a ton of players to graduation when Butch came in, and he built it back up. Just look at Cincy now that he has left ;) !
