Low light binoculars

What is the best value binoculars for low light? Something in the $300-500 range. Preferably at least 10x42s. I have vortex diamondback 10x42 and some lower end Nikons.

Steiner Military/Marine 10x50 think these are around $500.00 I have had this set for 38 years, sent them back about 10 years ago had them Re-Armored and gone thru, they have been some great binoculars that has seen a lot of use in the field.
