I stay out of most of the posts but I will be the 1st to expect people to step up and eat every bite of crow they've dished out onto the plate. You can't just dish it out all the time and expect everybody to forget about it. Especially a certain few here.Here we go

Was in Knoxville and didn't see any of it but by the score bama beat the brakes off of them. I was hoping for the reverse outcome but seeing Brian Kelly lose isn't a bad ending either.

I don't hate any school or team. They didn't do anything to me personally. Now...certain fans of such teams...that's a different story. There's some here that think this is a Tennessee Vols forum with a hunting sub forum. The last time I checked, it was a Tennessee deer hunting forum with a SPORTS sub forum. Sports, being a broad topic and not specific to just one team.
Some of them recently said that the only thing some Bama fans do here is troll the Vols. Well the post data doesn't support that. Some of them have 60-80% of their *total* recent posts being right here in the sports forum with nothing but trolling or name calling Bama fans. I would think with it being a deer hunting forum in the middle of deer season, you'd see the majority of their posts being hunting posts or at least fishing posts. Nope.

You can say my name. I made the comment. I haven't made any fishing posts because my boat has been in the shop and I haven't been fishing. I haven't made any deer hunting posts because I don't care to hunt when it's 70 degrees, so I haven't been deer hunting. I have been playing a lot of golf lately, but almost everyone on TNDeer hates golf, so I wouldn't waste my time posting about something everybody hates. I'm hoping my boat will be done next week. As soon as I have time to fish or we get some cold weather and I go hunting I will make some appropriate posts for all my fans.I don't hate any school or team. I am an Arkansas fan but have started rooting against alabama and for TN just so I can see the post PBD makes. He is one of a kind bless his heart. I did catch him in a lie the other day so that made my week.
I just find it strange that the sports forum is almost considered holy ground vs the other forums here. Nobody says a thing about posts involving other states or interests outside of Tennessee. Prime example is the fishing forum here. The vast majority of threads over there are saltwater fishing related right now. The only live saltwater fish I know of in Tennessee are in the aquariums. Nobody minds the saltwater fishing posts though...even if it is a Tennessee page. A lot of the crappie fishing posts feature the Mississippi lakes...again...doesn't bother a soul. Somebody posts about a dream hunt out west...hunting mulies, elk, caribou, or whatever else...wow...I personally love reading about it and seeing the pictures and being taken along for the journey. Doesn't bother a single person that it's not in Tennessee. Going some place like the beach for vacation and looking for suggestions on places to stay or eat? No problem. You don't have Tennessee purists belittling them in threads saying they should just stay in Tennessee. But come in here to the sports page and by gawd you better keep your posts about Tennessee sports or face the firing squad of insults.
