LSU vs Alabama

That game reminded me of the Ole Miss beat down. The refs allowed a lot of contact and Bama missed a lot of shots, even in the paint.

Happy Bama held on for the win.

Side note: really hoped UT would knock off #1 Auburn.

Is it true that Oats sat Sears the entire second half for lack of defensive effort?

That's the story on Twitter.

If so, it's going to be interesting to see how it affects thebteam going forward.

Sears did sit the whole second half.
Oats said this after the game.
"We went with the guys in the second half (who) we thought gave us the best chance to win this game," Oats said. "And we won the game and our defense was significantly better than the first half. And we haven't done that very often this year, so that's all I'm going to say about that stuff."
