Used ground deer and beef 11lb of meat after dehydrating ended up with 5lbs of jerky. Seasoned with Lems original jerky seasoning and added red pepper flakes(5lbs of meat) 2nd batch I used Lems blackpepper jerky seasoning(6lbs of meat). Used a Weston Jerky gun to shoot it out into strips, dehydrated in my Excalibur 9tray dehydrator. Picture is the blackpepper jerky.
