I'll start off by saying that unfortunately someone put the rear sling stud through the bullseye, but otherwise this thing is in really good shape overall. I am not the original owner, and traded it from another TNDEER member. Also, please don't make fun of my messy reloading bench.

Original buckhorn sights still installed, but I purchased and installed the Williams Ace in the Hole scope base. I have the rear sight and 2 front fiber optic sights for it that will be included.

It seems to shoot 170s best, and the scope is currently sighted in for those, but haven't spent a ton of range time with it. The elevations for different weights (130s and 150s) are on the tape on the buttstock.

$700 for gun, scope base/sights, and a box of 170gr ammo. Will leave scope (Luepold VX3i 1.5-5x20) on it for $300 more

After reading this ad again and knowing EastTNHunter - sounds like this rig is ready to hunt. He is about as precision as it gets - this is a pay / pick it up and go hunting setup. Good luck with the sale!

That bullseye can be replaced and sling retapped for the purist.

Great rifles……

GLWS
AND HEY , don't I owe a box of shells for the Sooners not making the playoffs?
Thank you, but if you owe me a box of shells then I don't remember it 🤣

ETA: I'll be danged, it wasn't me that you owed it to though

I've always seen the plugged hole or whatever those are in the bottom of the stock, near where the sling mount goes.
Is that what ya are calling a bullseye?

That bullseye is like a trademark on the Marlin stock. People sometimes think it is the spot they should add their sling post and do....but they should not.

Does anyone know if Marlin ever provided factory sling studs on a 336?
