Will someone suggest a good tomato seed to start indoors? I would like a good, meaty one for like sandwiches. Planning on growing in containers

I don't grow in containers, but these folks have numerous varieties of dwarf tomato plants(seeds) that should be suitable for containers.

Cherokee purple.
Good yield, and year after year it's the variety most of my friends want me to bring them.
For a more acidic, lighter color, bright orange/yellow flesh, Mr stripey is another big body slicing favorite

Trying brandywine this year along with Roma and San Marzano and a cherry mater same I had last year. Early girls last year did ok, but Im doing soil test this year before plant and got a better growing tent/rack/lights for starting seeds. Last year maters/peppers were leggy they produced but not like they should have and I got to much plant growth to fruit. Reason for better seed growing and soil testing.
