Decoys. I put them out trying to kill a melanistic buck. They are only attracted to melanistic does of course. All I've got so far are those black panthers. (They only eat melanistic deer of course)

You have the wrong decoys. A melanistic buck usually will go for fat pale decoys. Preferably with 1 or 2 mixed fawns tagging along.
