Memphis vs UConn

The alabama football fans I know in west TN are happy right now. They are all huge Memphis basketball fans. Go figure. I have asked if they have 2 sides of the closet, one for alabama maroon during football, and the other for tiger blue during basketball. I also asked why Memphis football isn't good enough for them since they love Memphis so much. I haven't got a good answer to either question yet. 
It's like when I was growing up you had the UT football fans but they were Kentucky fans when basketball came around. Haha I'm not a Memphis basketball fan but I will pull for them on occasion. I pull for Alabama in all sports. I know. I wasn't implying you were one of them. I've seen you post about alabama hoops often. I find myself pulling against Memphis in basketball just because of their bandwagon fans. Plus, most Memphis fans HATE Tennessee!

Living in the south west tip of Virginia when I was a kid I saw that a lot of.
I know a guy that used to be a Tennessee football fan, Lady Vol basketball fan, Memphis basketball fan, and Mississippi State baseball fan. This was probably in the 90s but you could look at records and figure it out.
I know a bunch of alabama football/Memphis basketball fans.
Of course we all know the Cowboys/Lakers/Yankees fans, but pro sports are a little different.
