Anyone hunted it? Is it worth it? Seems like the typical reservation money grab goat rope but may be worth it if its covered up.

I've looked at their website before and they had the information for elk hunting but not much about turkeys

It appears now that all the hunts are channeled through the casino Inn of the Mountain gods... Money grab like I said...

I looked at it a few years ago but passed and went just south of there in the national forest. I can help you with some spots if you're serious about going.

I can't speak to the reservation as I have never hunted it.
I have turkey hunted the Lincoln Natl Forest (both S and N of Ruidoso). Weather is very unpredictable during spring but you will find birds throughout the natl forest. Check out the airbnb's around Ruidoso or Cloudcroft for a place to stay. If booking a rental vehicle get additional insurance coverage; elk cross the road at will and we came very close to a collision on multiple occasions
