i have to agree and disagreeI can't imagine buying seconds on bullets. The only uses would be for fire forming brass. Imagine you've saved for that special hunt and you have the deer of a lifetime at 350 yards and you saved .30 on that blemished bullet.
most blems especially with nosler is the weight 120 grains may be 119 or 121
functionally I have killed a lot of deer with seconds (nosler) at distance of 10-300 yds never had one to fail or be inaccurate
hunting deer here no worries
now if i saved for elk out west yes i would use first
specifically 160 accubond in my 280ai
