I didnt get a pic this time i was out messing around on our farm and walked up into a food plot that was growed up because we did not plant last year and a hen started putting and ran into the cut over i got excited looking for babys then my heart sank when i didnt see any, the hen just kept putting and pacing back and forth about 40 yards away so i knew they were there. All of a sudden i noticed little heads sticking up in the grass. i stood up on my tip toes to get a better look and 9 babies flew up and a few lit right above there mom and a few flew toward the end of the field so i got out of there so they could regroup i hope she gathered them all back up safe.

i'm sure she gathered them up just fine...I haven't been out looking much this summer but i hope we've had a good hatch down here in southern law co....seems the numbers are waaay down south of 64..
