More Proof On Gator Recruiting

:poke: They are gonna need way more than 3 recruits, just pointing out that McELwain is dragging way behind other SEC schools in recruiting, even Derek Dooley had a top twenty class his first year!

The guy had one week of recruiting. Last year we seen the same post and FL ended up right with UT. How... Its FL and the good players announce at the all star games by picking a hat. Ut beat FL in recruiting last year by one spot but FL beat UT this year by one point. Ummm... Recruiting standing doesn't win games. I will be happy every yr. If UT beats FL in recruiting but FL wins the games. I can live with that... :tu:

UF will get a couple of them guys from Florida. And improve there recruiting class i dont know if they get all 3 thats a UF lean but It would not surprise me. If ivey goes to Auburn it would be a huge loss to UF:/ there saying he will be one of the beat OT in college and a future first round draft pick.

2 - 5 stars and FLs in the hunt for several 4 stars. Most of these polls only count the top 20 players in each class . FL will probably sign 22-24 players.

^^^^yup I sure they will just to much talent in Florida and the players that grew up there were mostly gator fans so why would they go any were else. And for the outta state guys its to easy to get them kids to come spend there college years playing football in the sec on the beaches of Florida.

Florida has competition also from Florida State,Miami and some against other SEC teams, its not like Florida owns the state in recruiting

Florida also has higher admitting standards than UM and FSU. There's a lot of kids down there that can play ball. FL produces 8 times more players each year on avg. than TN (358 vs 42).

Pretty sorry they can't do any better than that with that advantage, guess there are more people there. Funny almost everyone you meet from out of state comes from there, like rats jumping ship

Would vol fans rather win the recruiting battle, or the battle on the field?

I think they have picked the only battle that they might "win".... :rotf: If things don't work out at TN for CBJ, he will make some team a great recruiting coordinator.... :stir:
