The wife requested eggs Benedict for her mother's day breakfast. Was very good. Poaching the egg was the hardest

I love eggs Benedict. One trick to poaching an egg is to swirl the water before adding the egg. The vortex will hold the egg and any "feathers" of egg whites in the center of the pot resulting in a compact poached egg. The drawback is that it only works for 1 egg at a time.

Looks excellent....side note what power vortex do you use to swirl the water..I got a 4x16-44, but I don't think this will be covered under the warrantee :stir: (jk..BP good idea).

I tried egggs B maybe two dozen worth and was a miserable failure.

Is the final product worth the work?
