Red beans and andouille sausage on top of a buttermilk soaked and fried chicken thigh on rice. Green onions and Crystal Hot Sauce to round it out. Also had cornbread and a salad but they were camera shy.

I've got quite a few hot sauces I like, but Crystal has become my old reliable. Simple but good flavor.

Crystal hot sauce is the best!

Looks good. They used to make an extra hot Crystal but haven't seen it in years. Now I just pop the little plastic top off and dump some 70,000 scoville pepper in there, shake is up real good, and goto town.
