My youngest son and myself both have leases separately, but we also have one together with a group of other guys. This lease is in Hardeman Co. Well today we hunted it finally. I saw 1 small buck this morning and 1 doe, he saw 1 yearling. About 10 we started to work on a duck hole on the property, clearing brush and opening up a timber hole. Grabbed a bite of lunch and back in the stand around 230-300. He started seeing deer 5 minutes after climbing tree. (15 deer total) sometimes around 4:00 I heard him shoot. He called and said he had a good one down. Ended up not being what he thought it was but a great deer none the less. Always good to hunt with my boy.
