Bought these beauties today at Lathams in Jackson. Got a new Sous Vide, a grill, and a HOT date tomorrow night. This will be my first time using the Sous Vide, so I'm hoping that I don't mess these up.

If you're using Ziploc double bag it! Speaking from experience with leaks. Don't want to ruin a date. Season with salt, pepper, and some garlic powder, sous vide for 2 hours and sear it. It's up to you after that.

I always pat meat dry before searing, do what you want to. It will be great

Tried the sous vide with some backstrap this week. Where has that been all my life? Only way to go. Just used zip lock bag and thermometer on the stove. Delicious! Little lady loved it to!

Gasman I hope you and your lady friend enjoyed the food.

I ran into her at Wally's and she was very complimentary.

Oh Mr. Gasman no one is picking on you.

I should tell you Your lady friend had the half-gallon sized container of vaseline and 4 spray cans of Old Spice Wolfhorn.

Your A/C on the fritz?
