Big ole shout out to my father, who we lost when I was 18. My dad played college basketball and loved watching Larry Bird play as well as ANY SEC school. He would tell me the day was coming when the SEC would have the best teams in the nation. Oh, how I wish he could read the latest Men's NCAA basketball AP poll.

It is definitely the strongest that I ever remember.

However, the tourney will be the true test. I predict the 2 SEC teams in the FF, and one will be the champ. No idea who it will be, though, as it could be any of 5 or 6.

I think it could be any of the 9 or 10.

8-9 sec teams are still ranked this late in the season. GA and Vandy who aren't ranked have shown they can step up and take games too.

I'm not a big basketball fan but it's the best I've ever seen in my lifetime and that's a short 52 years next month.
