Question…why is the hitch hauler bent down like that?

Cause the hitch is a piece of crap from harbor freight. Looked fine until I finally put a a deer on it. Need a better hitch that won't bend. The hauler arm didn't bend just where it bolts down. Suggestions for a hitch for Kingquad are appreciated.

I'd watch Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, etc for an aluminum one. I've got one we've used on a vehicle and it's lighter but stout. For an ATV it would be good to have one where the shaft bends up so it stays off the ground.
