Let us know how it works out. Tried biking to turkey hunt once and never did it again. Much rather run and gun the old fashioned way - boot leather express. MUCH easier.

I like using the boot leather, too. This is more of a replacement for my truck and four-wheeler. I'll be able to hear at all times. Plus, it's good for my health. Al Gore approved it, he said I was doing my part in preventing global warming! J/k of course.

Looks good but I wonder if it would have been just as easy or easier to just put a gun mount on the handlebars? Nice job for sure.

It would have been easier, but you don't want any weight on the handlebar because it affects the steering. Plus, if the bike crashes, the barrel will do a nose dive into the ground. I have a bar that will absorb the impact on the side if I go down.

Good point. Didn't think about wrecking.
