Need Confirmation on Age

I have multiple pictures of this buck dating back to last summer. This pic was taken about 4 weeks prior to the rut. I aged him at 3 last year and we decided to let him walk if someone saw him. No one did but I have pics of him again this year. He's put on some mass and width with a little tine length and has turned into a "nice buck". If he is 4 this year then we will try to take him but before we make that decision I'd like a few more opinions.

Pics are hard to judge from the angles.. I'm no expert but I'd say 2.5 last year, just hard to tell with the angle of pic. Good call letting him grow though.

I would go with 3 1/2 in those posted pictures, which would make him 4 this year.
