Soak with WD40...wood block over end of ram rod...tap block with hammer tomorrow to break loose...it will push out....follow up with a couple rounds of foaming bore cleaner...should be good to go.
What he said.Had an old knight given to me that was in the same shape. I stripped it down and put it in a bath of the hottest water I could get. Let it soak about half an hour, put some oil in it and went to work, got the round out and she actually cleaned up fairly nice.
Break Free CLP is widely available at Gun Stores and most places with a Sporting Goods Dept.. After you get it out Run a cleaning swab soaked in it and leave it. You'll need a Good Brass wire bristle brush to scrub between soaking. You should be able to get it good as new with some work.Yes sabot. I'm going to let it soak

Triple 7 pelletsJust out of curiosity, what powder were you using?
Pellets were pretty much in original form. They fell out with a little nudge. Bullet and sabot took a little extra nudge or two.I am curious how the pellets looked when you pulled the plug? Were they still in their original form? Did they fall right out and just the bullet was stuck?
Good. Probably the least corrosive black powder sub on the market excluding bh209. If you'd been using pyrodex that barrel would have been burnt toast.Triple 7 pellets
