I completely understood what you were saying about the draw length. My son and I went through the hunter safety course a couple years ago and one of the instructors was telling us about people buying used bows and then bringing them to him and asking him to fit it to them. He said that does not always work. I forget his name but he was a big guy that really seemed to know his stuff when it came to archery.
