The Rock Creek 40 is complete. 28" bbl .401/.408 13.2 twist HIS and Direct ignitions. Of course it is a Savage as i don"t build anything else. Boyds pro varmint stock. Sightron SIII 8-32x56. Rifle Basix trigger set to 12oz. I made 3 adjustable dies. Smooth form, full form, and a larger smooth form die to size down bullets from a 405 winchester which measure .411 down to .408 for full forming. At 15.25 pounds, the gun is primarily a bench gun that will serve as a 40 CAL pressure test gun too.

Beautiful Rifle! I'd love to have one around 8 lbs. As soon as hunting season is over, getting one built, will be at the top of the need to get list.

It's no surprise this gun is a shooter

We're fortunate to have him here in Tndeer. Great guy that's always thinking of ways to help others.
