wife bought some new knives. the box said legende but they are actually grand prix ii with an acacia block.(she liked the color of the wood) full tang, high carbon german steele. about the only difference in these and the classic and icon, is the handle shape and balance.(the same steele)
these are a hundred bucks cheaper than the classic and a couple hundred cheaper than the icon and i doubt if i could tell the difference in balance as these are perfectly balanced. although i did tell the wife, DO NOT TRY TO CATCH IT IF YOU DROP IT. step away and let it fall lol.
