New Primos Truthcam 7.0 Blackout

Thats just sad....Nothin to do but BUY AMERICAN!

True, but then they would cost twice as much. And if the trend in Chinese built cameras proves anything, it's that American consumers primarily care only about initial purchase price.

Now I'm hearing some Primos Blackout users saying they cannot see any glow at all from their units, even in a pitch black closet. So the Blackout may be black-flash. If some can and some can't see the flash, that's close enough to true infra-red light for me.

But how far away can you see the glow on this primos? i think 3-5 feet can be acceptable to me. This is the range i have heard some people talk of the new Bushnell. apparently the 466c model is way better than the 467 model.
Now the more expensive Primos seems to be True Black Flash. It received decent reviews on Chasingame. I found it on Amazon for somewhere around 265.

I tested mine at arms length. And my cam was set to take 5 pic burst so it stayed on a good length of time. I didn think to check it on 1 pic. It may not be noticeable on 1 picsetting.

I have a IR from moultrie also. But without them side by side I couldn tell ya if one was less bright than the other. But I can tell ya for sure I see every bulb in the Primos Blackout.

I checked this cam again over the weekend and had to reset the time and date again. Im sure this is not supposed to be like this BUT if this is the only prob I have out of this cam I can live with that. I just glanced at the pics and left. But there were rabbits lickn the trophy rock. Never seen that before. I will post them when I pull the card next time.
