new years menu?

whats on the menu? we do a hoppin johns dish of pork chops browned in hog jowl grease with diced onion and garlic. then covered in mushroom gravy and black eyed peas to simmer until they fall apart. served over rice and topped with the crumbled fried jowl. and of course collards with smoked turkey wings for seasoning
