Newb here - Need arrows cut

Does anyone know where to get arrows cut to length around mid TN?
I got my first bow, and am trying to get everything setup.

I know it use to be free no matter what, but lately I heard they are starting to charge for stuff.

I think it depends on who is working the archery section.

I had some work done around Christmas and did not buy anything there and they did not charge me.
