A Puerto Riccan intern at the physical therapy place where I go told me about this. She called it Puerto Riccan Eggng. I haven't tried it yet but I will.https://www.esquire.com/food-drink/drinks/a25575468/coquito-cocktail-drink-recipe/

That looks awesome! I might fall off the wagon to try that one. Although I'd have trouble not substituting a nice dark rum, instead of a clear one.

When you say "next" season....are you talking about this year...or next year?

I didn't realize it took so long to make eggnog. Does it ferment?
It needs at minimum 2 weeks to be good.
I make a batch now, but don't enjoy it till 1 year. Some of that batch is held over for year 2 😬😬
