I didn't snap a pic but tonight we grilled chicken cutlets that marinated in italian dressing all day. Sprinkled a little paprika on them before they hit the grill. Put them on ciabatta buns with homemade pesto, mozzarella, and roma tomatoes. Assembled the sandwich and had them offset on the grill so the cheese would melt. Had a few sweet potato fries to go with it. Unbelievably good!
