I tried to eat one... once. Me and my brother in law had been watching too much Meateater.

Just could not get past the wet dog smell. I never actually ate any of it.

I will eat a bobcat if I get another one of those!

I initially misunderstood Easy45's post, thinking he wanted a doe to eat, but settled on a coyote

Last year, I trapped several beavers, and finally decided to try eating a young female one.
It was actually delicious, much like prime rib.

My wife's brother has slight aspergers I'm convinced. Goofy but loveable.

Few Thanksgivings ago wife killed a beaver, and I smoked it and took it to family function.

He tried it and posted on FB "Just ate my sister's beaver, it was delicious!".

We had to explain to him... lol
