Down at Guntersville for a new years trip with the wife. The wind was up so we decided instead of running all over the lake we would just get some shiners and stay close to the ramp and catch whatever bites but wasn't expecting this. He ate my minnow in 30' of water. 45 minutes of chasing him around the lake he finally gave up.

Was fishing Lake Smith in Alabama several years ago going down a bank throwing a fluke. There were a couple of ducks that got right in front of us going right down the bank. I couldn't get them to turn as I didn't like them headed down the bank if front of us so I decided to put the fluke right in front of them to turn them back. Well, I didn't lead them enough and dead centered the front one in the wings. The hook came out of the fluke and hooked him so I then had to drag him in and unhook. I felt bad but at least they turned around. lol.
