Octane Stabilzer

I have a STS String stopper on my Mathews XT and I really can't tell the difference with a stabilizer on or off. I think that stops all the vibration and most of the noise before it gets to the stabilizer. Does that make any sense.

I think if you are going to spend all that extra money on strings silencers, stabilizers, limbsavers and crap like that just buy ya an STS instead of all of the other things.

Yes, it does make sense :D

I agree however I use a stabilizer for the weight. More weight=more stability.imo

I can not tell any difference in the stabilizer. Main reason like in the post above I have a sts string stopper and it takes the vibration and noise out before it gets to the stabilizer. But as far as stabilizing the the bow it does well

I put mine on last night and i agree. Not much difference maybe a little. No regretts on the purchase. What bow are you shooting?

bowtech allegiance. I got this stab because it is made by bowtech and I was shooting a carbon impact. I was told that the carbon impact was made for single cam bows. I'm happy though. THat sts is heaven sent.
