I find the Tom Brady thing kind of funny since no one knew Tom Brady in college and he was a 6th round draft choice. Brady didn't become a great QB until he was in the NFL. I would give Debord a -1 since he had a Hall of Fame QB in college and the guy almost didn't get drafted....
